AcumenEdge first sponsored and organised an International Rugby 10’s competition in April 2003 and is the organiser for the International Mini Rugby Series.

One of the Directors of AcumenEdge Ltd is Jamie McKimm who played rugby from the age of 8 to 39 for a variety of schools and clubs- Melville College (now Stewarts / Melville), Churchers College, Petersfield, Hampshire Colts, Tavistock, HMS Birmingham, HMS Active, HMS Penelope, Royal Navy (Falklands Tournament), Faslane, Helensburgh, Hyndland FP and Beaconsfield.  

Jamie McKimm has over 23 years of volunteering in junior rugby. For the last 13 years he has been a Buckinghamshire County Referee, and was his son’s age group coach at Beaconsfield Rugby Club (currently with 660 Mini and Youth Players) for 10 years.

AcumenEdge is the organiser of the International Mini Rugby Series.

2009 Series 

2-3 May 2009 –New Forest International Mini Rugby Festival held in Hampshire at Brockenhurst College attracted 4800 attendees over the 2 days. 58 teams from 22 rugby clubs took part in the event. More information can be found on www.internationalminirugby.com

The venues and dates for the 2010 Series competitions are as follows:-

Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April 2010   Venue: New Forest Showground,Brockenhurst

Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 April 2010   Venue: Kirkby Lonsdale RFC, Cumbria.

Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 May 2010        Venue: Chichester High School for Boys, West Sussex
