Client Account Manager

We need a Client Account Manager who will manage the clients brought in by the sales team, manage the implementation and operation of their projects as well as manage the personnel responsible for carrying out the projects.

 

AcumenEdge carries out Direct Marketing programmes for a variety of mainly SME clients. We set up direct marketing programmes for our clients usually providing telemarketing, mailshots, emailshots, market research and fulfilment of brochure information when required. In most projects  we manage a database of our clients prospective customers.

 

You will travel and meet a variety of clients throughout the UK and will learn about each one. You will train the telephone account handlers on all aspects of the client’s project, ensure all reports are correctly and promptly produced and examine ways to maximIse the return for the customer.

 

As the Client Account Manager you will also be involved in managing and maintaining the AcumenEdge website, marketing material, and PR  activity.

 

 An entrepreneurial spirit, a can do and flexible attitude are necessary as you will be running a small but successful marketing operation. Clearly you need to be computer literate, be familiar with MS Office and have a marketing / sales / customer service related background or degree.
